Looking at the score, I think we did fine. Considering that it is based on International Standard, I think we did OK. The band girls were alittle bit disappointed but I am sure they will work harder next time.
But for now I think they should not feel so bad and give themselves a pat on the back for a job well done.
In fact, when we asked the band from Malaysia (Silver) about our performances, they said we 'got very good potential' and they were impressed that an all girl band can produce the sound we made. (Theirs is an all male band, so the volume is there no doubt about that) Anyway, hope the girls will enjoy their coming outdoor performance at Sentosa this sunday at 5 pm.

21st July, Monday. Missed school & instead, went to TRCC for our band rehearsal for SIBF. Really tiring. Sat with Kristel on the way where I let her listen to my happy song! & with Ariel on the way back. My back hurt like mad. 22nd July, Tuesday. Came to school really tired although i slept at 9. Band after school. 23rd July, Wednesday, SIBF. Oh-My-Gosh. Time actually flew really fast this week. Woke up superrr uberrr early cuz I couldn't wait. HAHAHAH reached school arond 7+? Warm ups then headed dwon to TRCC where everything was like super quick & fast. Mr De bought marszzzz barxxxx for us! YAYAYAY! sugar rush for a lil' wee while. Caramel never tasted this good. Heh. Many thanks to the people who sent their warmest wishes! (: Went to some holding room then to the tuning room then to the actual stage hall. The feeling was like ... HAHAHAH i dunno how to describe lah. Played St. Peters then Canticle. Used the last ounce of energy that I had left. Saw Pherenice! HAHAH we had like artist's passes whcih were like really prettaye! Hawhawww. Mine's kinda crumpled now though. The process were like ZOOM ZOOM ZOOOM! Coaches arrived & headed back to school where I slept on the bus like a baby. In the evening, went to meet the band people who were going for the results. We had a 76.43%, a bronze. Well, we'll do better the next time! There is no failure only learning experiences! 24th July, Thursday. HOORAH. 25th July, Friday. Schooled where I learnt loads of new malay words. Went Ariel's house to crash after that where we had lunch the back to school for a workshop with Mr.Dennis Johnson. OMG KKKK! He's damn cute lah pleaseeee! I perosnally enjoed the workshop a whole lot (: Y'ALL HAHAHHA Hey I, cheer up alright! Loveee! Sentosa on Sundayyy. Can't wait.

Ahh, tmrw... THE STRESS BEGINS! 3 days to SIBF! *covers mouth*
Anwyay, I particularly enjoyed mass today. Especially when Father Bosco enlightened us about the gospel throught his homily. It was really nice to be in his presence. I hope my flame won't everrr die. Cath class has been going fine so far. EVM (it's not the mac's meal) but it stands for Ethics, Values & Morals. So far, that's what i learnt during class. Sadly, i still don't get the Ethcis part & how it mixes with Catholism ): ABORTION. NOT A IDEA (!!!) I ♥ Cath class (esp. CON 2E) & all the people there. What beats spending time & knowing about God?

Hellloooo. Alot of things packed up this month so i'll blog in advance. This month, I must say, is the most stressful month. BAND. Well, there's the Singapore International Band Festival (SIBF) coming up next wednesday. Workshop & then Sentosa performance on the 27th. I swear I'm going to be bald after all this is over.

Not only that, I still have homework to juggle. CA week's coming an all. It's difficult to cope cuz I keep procrastinating. I should like tie myself to a chair in my room and get locked up. Hmm, school has been alright just tiring. On a lighter note, my simultaneous equations and all are getting better (: School today was good cuz Ariel kept me happy :D thanks loveee! Had a really bad fight with my brother yesterday night. With chairs and punches flying everywhere. I feel super regretful. I mean, he's my brother after all. This is what anger, hatered & violence can do. Cried the shit outta me. I hearing kept this voice repeatedly in my head syaing "Violence is not the answer". Hmmm. Didn't go school today. Supposed to follow Insyirah to get our MC's but she didn't pick up any of my calls so I went to the polyclinic alone. This month's gonna be really busy but I'm assuming it'll be very fruitful. I've started reading the bible. If Jesus came to your home to spend a day or two -- If He came unexpectedly, I wonder what you'd do.
Oh, I know you'd give your nicest room to such an honored Guest, And all the food you'd serve Him would be the very best, And you would keep assuring Him you're glad to have Him there -- That serving Him in your home is joy beyond compare.
But when you see Him coming would you meet Him at the door With arms outstretched in welcome to your Heavenly Visitor?
Or would you have to change your clothes before you let Him in, Or hide some magazines, and put the bible where they'd been?
Would you turn off the radio and hope He hadn't heard, and wish you hadn't uttered that last, loud, hasty word?
Would you hide your worldly music and put some hymn books out? Could you let Jesus walk right in, or would you rush about?
And I wonder -- if the Savior spent a day or two with you, Would you go right on doing the things you always do?
Would you go right on saying the things you always say? Would life for you continue as it does from day to day?
Would your family conversation keep its usual pace, And would you find hard each meal to say table grace?
Would you sing the songs you always sing, and read the books you read, and let Him know the things on which your mind and spirit feed?
Would you take Jesus with you everywhere you planned to go, or would you, maybe, change your plans for just a day or so?
Would you be glad to have Him meet your closest friends, Or would you hope they stay away until His visit ends?
Would you be glad to have Him stay forever on and on, Or would you sigh with great relief when He at last was gone?

HEYHO, just came back from Bren's houseee :D Really tired. Hmm, i can't wait to be back at school! I have been physically emotionally tired at times these few days. Having werid dreams. thoughts and all. I'm sick too! Really bad throat. Hurr. Cat class has been going well. Nigel has finally came back from NS! Learnt the beatitiudes. Made sense somehow. I can't wait for next year's camp & next week's cat class lesson!

My week has been happy & quite fruitful. I'm enjoying this semester with a new saeting arrangement and new friends i can know better esp. Celeste, Zahreen & Insyriah!
